Welcome to Creative Minds

. . . A Wiki for writers who collaborate to create great writing!

 What is a Wiki, anyway?

A Wiki is a website or similar online resource which allows users to add and edit content collectively.  It is an example of

Web 2.0, a term frequently referred to as the second generation of the Internet which provides tools that allows us to use the Internet

to publish and share ideas.

An example of a popular WIKI is Wikipedia, a free content encyclopedia published collaborately among anyone interested and

knowledegable about a topic. Giving students the opportunity to work collaborately on projects will give them skills that will benefit them

now and in the future.  Try a few of these activities!
